Due to numerous design restrictions, a wide fire lane, the proportions of the territory, and the protective zone of networks, the embankment has a simple and convenient layout that connects the exits from the residential complex with the road along the active facade and with the exits to the running and walking path along the water, with an opening perspective on the water surface.
Из-за большого количества ограничений на проектирование (широкий пожарный проезд, пропорции территории, охранная зона сетей) набережная имеет простую и удобную планировку, связывающая выходы из жилого комплекса
с дорогой вдоль активного фасада и с выходами на беговую и прогулочную дорожку вдоль воды, с раскрытием перспективы на водную гладь.
The paving of the embankment consists of square modules and strips of gray tiles arranged diagonally at a 45 angle to the building facades. This pattern will visually expand the narrow and elongated embankment and will be stylistically linked to the territory of the residential complex. All modules, connected into a single pattern, should create an effect of transition from dark tiles to light towards the river.
Мощение набережной состоит из квадратных модулей и полос из серой плитки, расположенных по диагонали
под 45 градусов к линии фасадов зданий. Данный рисунок будет визуально расширять узкую и вытянутую набережную,
а также будет стилистически связан с территорией самого жилого комплекса. Все модули, соединенные в единый узор должны создавать эффект перехода от темной плитки к светлой в сторону реки.
The greening of the embankment is used as a space-forming element and is divided into separate fragments embedded in the paving pattern. Between large functional zones, the surface of the greening fragments is created using artificially created relief and rises and falls in opposite directions, creating a series of waves. In the most elevated places, it is possible to place benches for resting with different backrest inclinations.
Озеленение набережной используется как элемент образующий пространство, и делится на отдельные фрагменты, встроенные в рисунок мощения. Между крупными функциональными зонами поверхность фрагментов озеленения создается с помощью искусственно созданного рельефа и поднимается и опускается в противоположные направления, создавая серию волн. В наиболее приподнятых местах, удается разместить скамейки для отдыха с различным наклоном спинок.
